It would be rare if rider or bike got fucked up badly. Usually damage on these types of crashes are bruses, little road rash(depends on gear), scratches on bike, broken lever and ripped grip end, but if on sports bike meaby totaled bike.

First back tire locks up on wheelie, back tire grips, front wheel comes down whit brake, front wheel slips. If you had better tires like supermoto, dualsport or even enduro, this would have meaby not happened.
