Yeah... I've never gone wheeling with people who thought that kind of thing was OK. Everybody I wheeled with when I lived in Maine was very respectful of property owners, and just in general being respectful of the land and staying ON the trails. If we couldn't get through an obstacle, you either turned around and went back, or winched your way through it. I was pretty bummed to see someone just flagrantly mowing down the woods.

They are wheeling here at Rocky Mountain Terrain Park and it is private property. We at the park authorize them to do what they do.

Around the 12 minute mark... whatever happened to respecting the property owners... and heck, respecting mother nature herself? Stay on the darn trails... if you cant get thru a section, either turn around and go back, or winch it out. But mowing down a few dozen saplings and just senselessly destroying the woods seems pretty irresponsible. I dont know... maybe im wrong and just come from a different time / place / mindset. But when i lived in Maine, everyone i knew and went wheeling with was super respectful and believed in leaving a place better than you found it. Short of a life threatening emergency, i just dont see any excuse for that kind of behavior.

We don't have staff/manpower enough to trim the trails otherwise, we would have already cut down all of the saplings ourselves. We appreciate you looking out for the Maine landowners though
