Whelen WS-3000 cinematic 4K footage (deactivated)

Just a little bit of footage of these rare Whelen WS-3000 in Tioga, Texas. I’m communicating with the city to see if they will set this test this again in the future. I don’t understand why they deactivated it instead of fixing it.
