If you look at the bottom right of the deathbox menu, you can see the UI changes from controller to pc. I'm not too sure what he did but it's probably the same method as tap strafing on controller with steam controller settings. Just for moving while looting.

Check out Sultan D's aim training courses, every season since like s3 he custom makes an aim course in the firing range that's catered towards improving aim for controller players from ranges that AA doesn't help at. The idea is that the more accurate you can get your aim from range and without stabilizers then when AA kicks in you become a laser beam.
