aim training is always a thing, but in my opinon the best way to improve your aim is just to enjoy playing these types of games. just go into the game, have fun, and try to utilize your aim mostly, (meaning like don't camp or use guns like grenade launcher or rpg, although they are great for trolling 💀) just try to focus a little bit on your aim and you will slowly start to improve.

The sniper bullet speed is a little slow, so try to focus on where people will be rather than where they are, this is especially true for larger maps and longer distances. You d they are decently close it shouldn’t matter all too much
