When a limit exists, It is Unique - Proof

Because we are picking the minimum of delta 1 and delta 2 so that the sum of them adds up to epsilon since the minimum of the two of them is guaranteed to be less than epsilon over 2.

Because the choice of epsilon is dependent on the choice made for delta, so as soon as you have a smallest delta, you make one choice of epsilon!

1) I didn't come up with this, this is a traditional proof discovered a long time ago. 2) It is typical to use epsilon/2 when you are dealing with 2 functions and epsilon/3 when you're using 3 functions etc. Epsilon is an arbitrarily small number so when you divide it by 2 it retains it's meaning. @@alikasim935 Nevermind, actually, i have an integral about that but not a limit. The limit you ask doesn't exist. Because 1/x goes to infinity, and while sin(anything) is bounded between negative 1 and 1, it oscillates, it doesn't go to a specific value between -1 and 1. I hope this helps.
