Such an amazing deal, it's great that those first few sold so fast so you already made back what you spent! And that bike was so cute, even if your daughter can't use it until next year, she's going to love having the doll seat. I always look stuff up while I'm at the sales. Definitely try not to ignore the person selling but I also don't want to buy stuff I can't make a profit on. My family and I have some code words - one for "do we want this for resale?" and another for "we HAVE to buy this" so my husband (the negotiator) knows what items he can walk away from and which items he just needs to buy because the value is so good we don't want to pass it up. As for asking if they have other stuff, we are retro game collectors and also buy them for resale, so my husband always asks about them - it's surprising how many people will say they have stuff that they didn't think about bringing out.

Great question. Don't use a app. Just facebook marketplace. I adjust the radius (usually to 20 to 25 miles from my town). Then I find what area has the best yard sales, garage sales, community sales, estate sales, ect.... and I'm on the road.

Great question. That wasn't my sold comp with $6.99 shipping (Just one off eBay). Yes, at $6.99 that seller most definitely lost money on shipping. That's why it's very important to put in the most accurate shipping info (weight and measurements including packaging and the box)

Awesome score, something inside me wishes you didn’t haggle as much with the gentleman with the Disney. 😢 it was already a great deal and I kept haggling lower and lower. It seems they obviously need the money or else why would they sell such amazing collectors items. I mean could of at least paid the 850. He really wanted 40 a piece as well. Do you feel good watching these videos back? Shaking about how much money your gunna make but still trying to get a better deal smh unfollowed

I appreciate your POV. I think the 2 big pieces were an awesome deal. After researching everything. I dont think the deal would have been that good if I paid anymore. If you look at where I typically like my profit margain to be, it was close to spot on. Some of the pieces are valued a little higher but I have to drop my price to get mine to sell (quickly) because there is alot of competition

how do you find the sales? i use garage sale finder and there is typically one sale within 25 miles and thats it..

I use FB Marketplace to get me started, and I just drive towards that sale and just look for yard sale signs on the side of the road, and it works well for me, lol. Ps. A lot of people don't seem to advertise their yard sale
