Could someone tell me how you guys lean while doing A D wiggle? You bind lean to same buttons as A and D strafe? Is it not reallly annoying when not in combat?

i use it quite a lot especially when peaking corners etc. The movement tends to confuse/ put off enemies which can make them miss so i use it when pvping too. No specific binds for me i just press both at same time.
