Basic dignity is keeping your subordinate in check and free of corruption . The reason for not showing photo while commenting is - the system in India is such that police and administration can put citizen of this county behind bars without any reason. Istis because of the organised crime of corruption going on is the Indian police and administration. Don't know when these vigilance force will make a good use of organised crime laws. Waiting for the day of corruption free India . Don't put me to jail please for this comment.
