For those confused About collab bans: within the branch, it's 2 weeks but outside the branch, it's 4 weeks. this was been the case since ID3 last year. it also goes for holostars. Calli's first collab with Vesper was 2 weeks after their debut (missing you already gramps)

I heard from another video, for security and anti-doxxing reasons. in Niji, there was an incident where a new member started collabing early to gather info on other members. I have yet to look into this myself, but it makes sense for VTubing.

Tons of valid reasons for it tbh. Also builds confidence and experience so the senpai isn't carrying the entire stream. If they make a mistake it's a lesson learned on their own, doesn't put a channel with millions of subscribers at risk.

Every new gen has a collab ban for 1 month( for another branches, for example bijou and kaela) or 2 weeks( for same branches but different gen, for example advent and myth or council), the purpose of this ban is to let the talent develop and make their own fanbase without piggybacking from another member( except their genmates)

Actually, every new gen cannot do collab with their senpai until certain time (usually 2-4 weeks). Fortunately for HoloAdvent, their collab ban with EN senpais is lifted after 2 weeks but other than EN I think its still 4 weeks. CMIIW

Iirc same branch 2 weeks, with other branch 1 month. Bijou debuted on 30 th of July JST. Kaela's bday probably still within the ban period. I think tomorrow ( 31st JST) the ban will be lifted
