Great content. It's good to see Sanatan Dharma being approached from a scientific perspective. There is so much science in our epics. We fail to understand and appreciate it

Thanks a lot for mentioning the sources of the stories! I believe there should also be a scientific exploration of our vedas and purans to make people realise how sanatan dharm is so vastly different and better from what we perceive as religion today

But, arent these names pronounced very differently amongst.... all the different people with different dialects in ..India? And, whose pronunciation is correct? And, why only people from India can use their dialect and pronunciation? If Hinduism is true, then it applies to all people equally; not only to people of India. If Sanat Dharma is truth, then these are the equally the whole worlds gods and scriptures, n thus, all dialects and pronunciations are valid, no?
@pacodave488510 ай бұрын
@@1StepForwardToday considering the pronunciation did not match any Indian languages or dialects, you're very much wrong. Just because Hinduism is open to anyone doesn't mean every individual can come up with their own butchered pronunciations either. Put in the effort to actually learn everything or don't do it all

@pacodave4885 Do you live by those same standards? Do you learn how to annunciate Russian names, Mexican names and terms, etc, with the "proper dialect" every time you say their names, or refer to their "God/gods"? Do you use "proper dialect" when speaking in English? And, what exactly IS "proper dialect" English? I'm American, from the West-Coast, so my English, and generally, all people from the West-Coast, in the US use the same American-West-Coast-English (which is vastly different than Southern, North-Eastern, Canadian, Australian, and UK English, including all of the various dialects within regions of each country. See what I mean? If you follow the logic, it illustrates the ridiculousness of using or expecting people to use a "proper dialect." Essentially, there is no "proper dialect. We'd all have to trace languages back to their beginning, and then learn to use each word in the original dialect (which sounds profoundly different than any language of today). And, to research and demand, each person relearns their languages original dialect.. AND learn every country's original dialect of every word you use. All that... FOR WHAT?? Why? What's the point? And... every single person who puts this expectation upon other people (who speak other languages than their own) NEVER live by this same standard themselves. And, that includes you. Not just with every other language on earth,.. but this includes your own language. Surely, you do not speak Hindi or Sanskrit in the "proper" original dialect. Nonetheless, 🎅✨️🎄🎁Merry🌟✝️✨️Christmas☃️💫❄️ 🎉Happy Holidays✨️and 🎉Happy 🥳New Year🎊 2024!! (And, much love, respect and prayers for health prosperity, safety and dignity for Sanat Dharma, India, each and every single precious, priceless, unique individual human being of India! Thank you for your effort to clarify pronunciation -however it would technically sound more like this for Kakudmī: Kuh-could-mee Then Revatī , I would phoneticize as: "Ray-vuh-thee" because westerners generally pronounce their t's closer to "ṭ", so they would likely be inclined to pronounce your "tee" as "tea" 🍵. And when you write vaa or kaa, it's representative of "vā" and "kā", with long "a" sounds. Otherwise, your attention to detail is much appreciated 🙏🏼

@indiankid8601 Jaya. I'm a big Sanskrit & mantra science enthusiast, so I'm familiar with the difference between lingual syllables "t" & "d" and dental syllables "ṭ" & "ḍ". BTW, based on the research I was doing about this story, I realized that they were pronouncing the names as kaakudmi and revaati in hindi, so I understand now your original comment regarding the pronunciation. The hindi pronunciation has apparently shifted some away from classical Sanskrit over time.

Theres no possible way they couldve known or even theorized, nor imagined the concept of time dilation (even moreso, since it is accurately explained in the ancient text, by Brahma that in both, Heaven (Divine realm), and by traveling at the speed of light, that time on 3rd dimensional earth, (which is dictated by 3rd dimensional consciousness), that much more time will have past. Thus, they knew about time dilation, that time speeds up near or at light speed, and most of all... this explains "relativity"! That time is experienced differently, depending on where you are, what speed you are traveling, and [relative] to the individuals state of consciousness; whereas, 3rd dimensional consciousness beings will experience time at a much slower rate then 5th Dimensional consciousness beimgs (whom, upon reaching 5th Dimensional consciousness from 3rd dimensional consciousness they will shed theur atomic based material matter bodies, and reach the speed of light by their prana, chi and entirety of energies reaching unrestricted harmonic synergy they become made of photonic light bodies), though, if 3D consciousness humans "could" create technology to travel speed of light (in reality they will never be able to, but IF they could).. theyd also experience time the same as a 5D consciousness being, or sane as a Divine Being, or Divine Place ("Heaven"), theyd experience time dilation the same as "Divine Years".

As per science in 15th Century, Earth was flat and center of the universe. Always have an open mind...my point is not to prove Satya yuga existed or not. I think it is fascinating the concept of time dilation, time travel (google Kakabhushundi) and multi-verse (again google Hinduism and multiverse) have been conceptulised long time back (quite fascinating when you think our ancestors thought about it whether you believe it happened or not).

Your great knoweldge has been already in our ramayana and mahabharat and other purana. And you never noticed that none of our ancient literature speaks of time travel in past. All our time travel are in future. So it must be that time is only one dimensional.and with some guess you can deduce space as always existing.never created never destroyed. And time space combined is like cinema hall sheet. Always there in background and new and new picture in that. Same picture everytime and you get bored. So this story of repeating chaturyugs and repeating our avtars again and again is somewhat theorical but not factual. Even a single leaf of a tree is never repeated then full ramayana is very far fetched. God is the creator he can assume thousand of forms you and i can not even imagine. Come out of repeatition of chaturyugs and manvantar and kalps. Looks very good in theory but proving it by theory is not enough. If you cant prove dont argue for the sake of glorifying our oast. No matter how good our past was and no matter how superior our country was in satya yug or treta yug or dwapar yug or maybe before muslim attacks we have to come out of tbat mindset of gloryfied past so that our energy goes to make our country greatest in future. Look ahead for future . Past can be only reference point. Not for gloryfying otherwise we become like a old man remembering his youth. Of what use is that remembering.
