It's because you are not the only one lost or in pain. We all are to some extent, and many forget about this. And I promise that the moment you do that, you'll find people that took the same decision with bravery and dignity. You only have one life: you can let yourself be miserable and think the good things in life are ilusions, or you can work towards a world were they are real. You can be more than what you are today.
