I've been playing R6 for 5 years on pc and i encountered around 10 cheaters. They are very rare actually. I don't know why people are crying bout it.

I've watched it this last week, every match ranked or qm had at least one cheater, average two, and the worst I've encountered was 7!!! mnk in one match. but hey at least the matchmaking is fair... oh wait
