ABOUT & GAMEPLAY: FPS CHESS
Play an ordinary game of chess against a friend or a stranger.
However, all your intricate strategies will crumble before the enemy rook's sniper trick-shot.
All your practiced openings and counters will amount to nothing before the enemy queen's randomly sprayed machine gun.
You finally checkmate the king. Unfortunately, it seems you are not ready for this fight. 5 seconds in and you've been sliced in half by the king's sword.

16:00 If you'd moved pawn forward instead of moving your king, you could've promoted to a queen right before he was able to take the pawn, right? Then if he tried to take your queen with his king anyway, you just aim at his king and constantly fire, and even if his king tractor beams you then your queen has way too much damage and his king just dies before you can get in range (pawns can almost kill king if they focus fire while being tractor beam'd, as shown earlier in the video). I've never played this game, but I assume that would've worked?

The king does way more damage. The queen would shoot the king, but the king just does too much damage. I know that's what they didn't actually think, though.

well maybe if the queen got only headshots, you are way overrestimating the queen each little hit does like no damage
