Its probably bcause you have your fov 90, in this case, lower ur fov. I recommend 85-80 fov.

I've akways had invisible players, but im so used to it that i either spot them using the lights on their shoulders, or i simply know the game doesnt render players at some distance / angles so i pre-aim

Yep same here, there are some maps where it is guaranteed I will see invisible players, and by see them I mean only spot the floating shoulder lights, I think takeoff is the map this happens to me on 100% of the time

As a Low-end phone player that is on the verge of throwing that phone, I can say it happens a lot in br and now mp too, but there's a way to fix that just reduce your FOV (FPP) to half cuz the more further your gun model is on the side the more reduced the FOV render is.
