Tbh cigar bar is not ideal for Valentine's date unless both are into the hobby. My ex really liked the smell of good tobacco and I enjoy the flavor but even then we never did a cigar bar because 90% of the time they're not well ventilated since they moved in to places not intended for it. That and I agree with Connor in that smoking a cigar is something you hang out there.
