Some universities require to apply both in CSC and university web portal, but for other universities only need to apply in CSC portal. To get exact information you need to check that university's website where you applied. You will get detail info about application process.

The final results from the university are published between July and August. Accepted applicants for the scholarship are notified by email from the university. You can check the university website portal regularly. Many universities publish their list of applicants on the university portal.

Please listen, There are many universities in China and each university has different scholarships and the value of each scholarship is different .so before applying you need to know which scholarship you are applying for and what its value is. You should check the website of the university where you have applied and where you have already given the interview. Because coming to China as a student you have to do everything yourself and if Chinese language is given for one year there will be advantage for you.

"waiting for academic review" means department and professors will check your documents and then they will make a decision on your application.

Actually I had an acceptance letter I applied to Nanjing Agricultural university based on Hope certificate. After the deadline I got my DMC and provisional certificate and I also emailed them and they also uploaded them on the university portal. After a few days I emailed them about the fee and they replied that you are not selected for the CSC list and currently no fee is required. I emailed again that please consider my application for Jiangsu scholarship or any other scholarship available in the University. My application status is still processing. So what are the chances now ? What should I do?

Did you applied in Jiangsu scholarship? If yes, at first email to international office along with application form. And informed them that you applied to this scholarship. If you don’t apply yet, at first you need to apply in online and then communicate with international office. I wanna remind you that from 28 April to 3rd may universities are closed because of Labour Day. You can send email them after 3rd may. Provisional Scholarships are depends on university. So, you can communicate with your supervisor who gave you acceptance letter and inform about your situation. Hope professor could give you better suggestions.
