We've had a similar pill in Ireland for years they are called "life line" you take 2 after your first drink. They are charcoal and yes they do work about 55% less of a hangover. Depending on how much you consume. 6 pints and maybe 2 shots and the next day your ok. They are great , my kids now also always take them.

Just take electrolytes. Chelated magnesium. Alcohol dehydrates, which is what causes the headache, nausea, and fatigue. In fact if you drink a 1:1 ratio for water and alcohol (1 glass of water per alcoholic drink) you won’t have a hangover. Alcohol also irritates your stomach so taking something like Emetrol will help that. Some people suggest fatty foods. So, to clarify..drink a glass of water per alcoholic drink but if you can’t keep up with that drink two sports drinks and take some emetrol and you’ll be fine…

I always find my hangover to be amplified when I mix different alcohols and when I drink dark alcohol like bourbon or red wine because of the congeners.

Last time I drank it..I punched my ex father-in-law in the face and ended up having to run cuz he called the cops and had no idea where I was..called my sister who was the only one I could think of..thank god she was awake..then i had to try to explain to her where I was when neither of us knew the area. It was bad. This has been like 7 or 8 years and I will never ever drink it again. I don't regret punching him cuz if you knew him..you'd know he deserved that and so much more. But still lol. It was not a good situation.

Been taking these for the past 5 weeks, every week, they are brilliant, haven't had a hangover in 5 weeks, I got absolutely pissed out my head last night, 7 pints of haze, 4 double vodka an coke, and a few shity tequila roses.
