The gravity setting in the gym was set too low. That is why Sarah had it too easy.

The coach should set the curiculum to each student in their native gravitity setting. For the human, she can raise the setting if she wants. Each student is judged against themself and how much they improve.

Gravity is one of four universal laws. It is a force that pulls things toward each other. It's the reason why things fall to the ground when you drop them. The Earth has gravity, which pulls everything toward it, keeping us on the ground instead of floating away. Imagine if you had a ball and you threw it in the air. Gravity is what makes the ball come back down instead of just flying away into space. It’s also why the planets stay in orbit around the Sun-they’re being pulled toward the Sun by its gravity. So, in short, gravity is an invisible force that pulls objects toward each other, and it’s what keeps us and everything else on Earth from floating off into space. Therefore higher gravity would make things heavier than they are on Earth with the same mass, and things would fall faster. The Moon is smaller than Earth and so has a weaker gravity. If you want to experince weaker or heavier gravity then you can get a similar effect in a fast lift. Go up and G-force will push you down slightly and being like a sligthly greater gravity. Go down and you will feel lighter and it will be like a slightly ligther gravity. Simulating zero-gravity would be like being in a nose diving plane (yes that is a thing done to simulate it) or you can go on the ISS where they are in a constant fall around Earth in orbit. There are a lot of funky quirks with gravity and is used in astronomy for all sorts of obsevations.
