I think you have a lot higher chances with the homeless person because there are quite a few that go around begging because they don't want an actual job and actually do have some money Hell, my grandpa was basically homeless (got into alcohol, abandoned his family, divorced my grandma) but he still had a flat and still had hot girlfriends younger than his own daughters. He just slept on the streets because he used his flat as an art studio

If the only reason you don't have an ID is because you are avoiding a warrant, or something worse, that''s not racism, it's a whole different thing. I've never met a single person that doesn't have an ID unless they are doing some illegal stuff, or are here illegally. Most states, it costs around $10-20 for an ID, if your life is such a mess you cant afford that in order to vote, we probably don't need your opinion anyways, thanks.

I think it's people pushing too much education on their kids even though they're not very smart. Edication has become an industry. People spend loads of money for their kids education, and then you get a lot of adult "educated children") who are not really a university material. A lot of them have less than 100 IQ, but they think they're smart because they're "educated".

I'm gonna play a slight devil's advocate here. Yes, qualifications should definitely be a major factor... but personality and how well someone would mesh with the current work environment (like, will they be an ass to others, can they work well with others, etc.) can and should be a factor as well. If you got two individuals with similar qualifications and skill levels, the one who's easier to work with and is more charismatic/friendly is the one that will likely get the job.

Free is not equal to unrestrained. What is interesting is the ongoing practice of differential restraint. If a black criminal can call the arresting cop the n-word, then a white cop doing similar to a black criminal should be equally tolerated. My view? Tolerate neither scenario! But acceptance of one requires acceptance of the other.
@Barrythebarnabas

@YourDoomIsSealed and that right there is the problem; some people genuinely believe they hey have more right to say the “n-word” than others do despite free speech. It’s ridiculous. How can we ever move past the word if people can’t even fucking say it? It’s *just* a word. Words without action behind them are meaningless.

@@MFZ0dd you're thinking of communism. But even the US is a capitalist country but it's not completely capitalist. There are social programs and infraestructures. Almost 30 years ago I was told that I needed to find a new job - mine had been reserved for females and minorities. I was a white male working for the federal government. Management actually said that "qualifications" were no longer considered important. This referred to safety positions dealing with life and death. Many of my friends were told the same. And our children were also discriminated against due to their color and or sex.
