I walked past your old apartment building last week 😁 I was very very lucky in that a good friend whom I have not seen for many years got in touch via FB and he lives there now, he did well in the car sales world, so he sent a jet to Edinburgh for us and we had an awsome 4 days there. guys, super cool for you continuing vegan transition! just some tips: body wont absorb chia and flax seed nutrients unless they are grounded or soaked. its hard to break up the nutrients. so just blend them with your blender and theyre ready to eat!
