i think people just dont realize how incredible he was, every single defender was struggling defending against him, these days theres not one player at chelsea that makes defenders fear, back then hazard could easily take out 3 or 4 all alone, i cant describe how much i miss him, to this date no one comes close to him, the most impressive thing is he didnt even try really hard, he just went onto the pitch and had fun, in terms of talent only messi can beat him

Neymar and Hazard are both among the top 5 dribblers of all time. And the stats prove it. R9 and Ronaldinho were great ball handlers but their dribbles/game averages were poor compared to Neymar and Hazard. Maradona is the only player whose numbers are better than Neymar and Hazard. The people he's played with - Fabregas, Kante, Terry, Lampard, Fernando Torres, Ashley Cole, Drogba... I think if you put him next to them, he still would steal the show and make the difference.
