Against mages its always better to get hob since u want to Stick on them play aggro and AA them to death , Melees and some adcs that u want to avoid being clone to, u go Electrocute

@@soufianeElbatanetho if you go elec you won‘t have a fast combo later on especially when you don‘t build nashor, elec isn‘t even thaaat much stronger early on in damage in comparison to hob if you get your additional fast AA after your initial combo out and it’s not thaat much slower as well if you do that 2 fast aa is like one dlow aa. And you will still be able to go in and out quick if needed and it has short cd so you can trade if their elec is on cd. I think HOB is like in 99% of cases just the best even melee match up
