Obviously you don’t realize there are absolutes when it comes to being even tipsy. She obviously lied. She drank or she would have blown zeros. Parents have an expectation their child’s teachers are not under the influence of anything. What if a shooter chose that day to come on the campus or a child had an emergency. She was drunk enough to blow a BAC that shows intoxication. That means she would not be able to make rational or sound judgments. The Officer repeatedly told her he would arrest her if she was pulled over.
@ashleye65035 ай бұрын
@@myhomeforlifeDo you know how little alcohol it takes to reach the legal limit? The officer was bluffing. He could not have arrested her if she was pulled over since she was under the legal limit. She probably was just hungover from drinking the previous evening. Her judgement would have been fine.
@scottstewart57844 ай бұрын
@@ashleye6503 There are two drunk driving crimes in her state. I'll get the terms messed up, but basically, there is DWI and DUI. DWI is impaired, and does NOT need a .08, and is documented by the field sobriety tests and a breathalyzer. DUI is under the influence AND .08 and over. Same documentation. If a cop pulls you over and smells booze and you seem a little drunk, they'll test you. If you're under ..08 but fail the tests, you'll catch the charge. If you sepnd $2,500.00 on a DWI lawyer it will get pled down or deferred. Hungover from being plastered the night before doesn't mean her BAC somehow stays elevated and her body suddenly stops metabolizing liquids - that's not how hangovers work. If she still drunk she's still drunk, and the fact that it's the next day doesn't magically mean a .07 BAC (.066 rounded up) doesn't come with judgment issues. Tomorrow it will be "Assailant With Crazy Rizz Thinks He Can Fool The Cops" for a video that simply shows a person getting interrogated. And I'll bring up the subtitles once again. First, she says she is calling her mother to pick her up, then she says she is on her way, then she tells the officer that she needs to call her mom to pick her up. A clear case of lying if her employer is right in saying she heard the woman's mother say she is going to pick her up. I can believe that because the worker, who had been fired, is old enough to use the bus or call for a cab. As for the teacher charged with showing up at her job drunk, it let me know the difference between DUI (driving under the influence) and DWI (driving while intoxicated). I wonder if the time will come when every employee is required to take a breathalyzer to see if they are sober or not.
