Untill you pray Tahajjud regularly. You can't say Allah not responding to our Dua. Tahajjud is the only key to all your calamities pain problems. Cry in front of Allah in Tahajjud and than see how your problem quits you. Also reciting astagfirullah atleast 7000 to 10000 daily will solve all the problems. But u have to make dua and keep sabr.

Some of the best times for an accepted dua are after each farz (complementary) salah, during sajdah (prostration) in salah, before you finish salah (before salaam out), in the time between adhaan and salah, in the last third of the night etc. Of course, dua can be made any time.
