The Kathrine Knight story is even worse when you hear the police and detectives first on scene. Some had ptsd, and one very seasoned Dective quit after that case was over with because it effected him so much! Nasty nasty crime scene which they said was very dark inside the house and in the evening outside where they came across a blanketed entryway. The police pushed past it, only to feel warm liquid on his arm, the other cop looked his own arm and uniform realizing it was blood. They turned around and realized it was a perfectly, and I mean perfect fully intact body of skin and blood everywhere. That's when they silently both walked out and threw up while calling for backup. Then on returning that's when they saw the kitchen, bathroom all covered in blood, to where they saw the lady preparing "Dinner", that's all I say as it got worse.

The owner cleaned the house and rented it out after she was missing for a long time and the new renters found her body... I believe that's what you are talking about and how the story went. I don't understand why people deal with Mental People, You protect yourself and your children. And that means you get help or you are gone and you do it with others around not by yourself . Letting them know you and others have them on their Radar. I personally told my ex when she hit me, that was a freebie next time light's out. And the next time I called the Police and she did it again in front of the Police and LIGHTS OUT. The Officer said I can't believe you did that in front of me . I said I know I laid on his hood and put my hands behind my back but she was arrested as well. and put on Mental hold. I put a restraining order on her for the protection of the children and then when she was released I had her friends and our Parents over and said get Help or LEAVE. She chose to leave.

Katherine Knight worked in an abattoir and proved herself to be a sadistic psychopath long before she murdered John Price. Considering how common and lethal domestic violence is around the world, little is done to protect the victims till it's far too late in many cases. It's getting better, but it's still not adequate enough to save lives and misery. How did some of these murderers get bail? For such a horrendous crime it shouldn't be an option. Those with means can find the money, can easily flee or commit other crimes while waiting for trial. I know innocent till proven guilty but when all evidence points to a single perpetrator (in most cases) it's the victims and the survivors plus their loved ones who still need protecting. A restraining order is just a piece of paper and quite frankly useless.
