This is Right On Time! I am a new entrepreneur (with a coach/mentor and the people around me who have the results I want). It's been 2 years since I've started building/investing into my business (2-5 years' build), yet It's putting me so far behind. Fear has been a heavy thing for me the last 10 months, but I am learning coping strategies to become better and the last 5 months I have reached out for therapy, getting my mental health sorted and also got myself a dietician as well as starting to eat healthier as well as get back into my passions.
