Do u know how many strangers u trust on a daily basis? Everyone u drive by or walk by - u are trusting to some extent. Going on a date, getting a job, ending up in the emergency room. Even having a social media account is trusting strangers. Having neighbors, ordering delivery, shopping online. There’s no way around it. Critical thinking skills are needed and some suspicion is healthy but thinking that all good deeds are punished and that we can avoid trusting strangers is wildly inaccurate.
