I love how the lord was training Joseph how to be a leader from jail because in Genesis 39:22 he was put in charge of the other prisoners. The lord was training him to server him even in a time where he was supposed to question him for allowing him to be in prison while he is innocent. As ma'am said the lord was testing him and teaching him most if not all characters that he would need after the king makes him Governor of all Egypt.

sister Dephne I want to thank you for this word, I give thanks to God for all he is doing in our lives in this time, I came in contact with this channel at a point in my life where I had so many questions concerning myself and who I was(at the age of 23), I was completely lost at a time, broken, frustrated worried sick, etc. I had my first encounter with God one evening when I was at my window I had these little mirrors in my room and at one point in time after meditating I looked at the mirror and it was like I was looking at myself for the first time it was one of the most beautiful encounters I have ever had in my life looking at myself with love and appreciation and since then God has not ceased to amaze me at all the transition he is taking me through life(walking into my 25th yrs), all of me on these earth lies in God's hands, sister Dephne a great thanks to you and praise to God for putting such a woman like you on our path through your guidance in prayers and words i have grown to understand the word and have a knowledge of the woman God wants me to be. I have so many dreams and things I want to create, I live in a community where dreams are dying every day when I look at my surrounding in my generation it's like we are all losing hope. but today your word is just a confirmation that God we trust is up there, He has never failed us even when we didn't know He was around, that same God will not fail us today and HE will never fail us I know God is doing something new I pray and I thank you all for joining each one of us here in prayers to continue trusting in the Lord and walk in Faith I believe great testimony will come out of these and the Glory of God will be revealed all over the world, Amen
