Letting players or owners who know next to nothing about building a team or coaching dictate roster building and coaching hires is a recipe for disaster. Someone needs to drill it into their thick skulls that it takes time to build a team with the talent and chemistry to win a title, and your problems won't be solved overnight by signing a high priced free agent. The game is just too complicated to rely on superteams anymore

Not as important as Giannis and Dame are to the Bucks, but he is to Indiana. Also, the Bucks weren't fully healthy themselves during their title run. They didn't have one of their starters in DiVincenzo, and Giannis missed some games in the Hawks series, too.

There need to be roster changes, but Dame got traded to the Bucks in late september. The off-season is an opportunity to build more chemistry. The Bucks can also be compared to the Timberwolves when Gobert/KAT/Ant didn't seem to work out and are now in the second round of the play-offs after sweeping the Suns, but the age-difference is a thing (and I don't remember what the Timberwolves did last off-season). Anyway, my point is I think that the Bucks will come out of the off-season better, regardless of what moves they make.
