Idk why people said he can't join masked singer because his voice noticeable when the whole program itself not about guessing who's singing but more about who sing better and go to next round. Like all the judges not nctzen they might don't know all nct members personally. And if he's not send to that show that means SM just don't let him to join.

Even if they aren't NCTzen they'll eventually get to know it if the audience or fans recognize his voice and since Haechan voice is unique it makes it easier to recognize at once.
