I like that the story ended with nothing established, yet insinuating that they are ready to finally get to know each other better as an adult. Nothing is set on stones. We saw him having character growth, even tho he still bad at communicating, but he tried. And now if he still didn't changed and still mistereats her, she can just leave. The story didn't end with her suddenly falling in love with him, its just that now she finally ready to see him for who he is, not who he was. How he's changed and how determined he is to prove it to her. Its a good open ending.

Hmmm.... I honestly don't know what to feel about this one... I didn't like how he treated her before, obviously he liked her long ago but fought against it for some reason... may be because of own insecurities he hurt her to get her attention? May be her servility irritated him, may be he wanted her to be more decisive or resistant, have more pride, so they could be on more equal basis? It's hard to understand his motives, thou hurting the one we like is quite often in rl, too. But it's not good way of expressing it at all. I somewhat like that they could overcome all those hurdles from childhood and were willing to try new way of cohabitating. Thou, if it was me, he would really have to do a lot of making up for abusing behaviour in the past and be a really good partner in the future...

I think this story is great.. Maybe because I have met someone who act like Aaron in real life.. they bully the person they like, and yep, that's truly a no no act🙅‍♀️ but over time, they changed for good, and apologize for their bad behavior.. In this novel , seeing how Aaron changed over time trying to be a good person is truly great.. For me, the ending is great too. She gave them a chance to get to know each other, not a definite conclusion of them going out.. I see some comment that didn't like FL's mom.. I think in mom's pov, she just want the best for her kid.. Yes, she didn't know what happened between Regina and Aaron, because Aaron is good in front of elderly.. Be real, every parents have their good and bad, in this story, her mom's bad part is she oblivious to her daughter suffering from Aaron behavior, but still, I think she is a great mom as she listened to her daughter to go to another university, not forcing her to go to the same university as Aaron , and they happy together too.. Overall, I like this story❤ and this is purely my opinion😊

I always loved the storytelling of this channel but not a fan of this story. I’m just personally ranting so feel free to skip over this comment. 😂 This felt like Stockholm Syndrome. I’m glad he a little character development (honestly it was the bare minimum to apologize for your mistakes and respecting boundaries of your victim if you ask me) but a sad past isn’t an excuse to be an ass to his childhood friend for 10+ years. Hardy deserved the chance more than Aaron. Hardy gave her his coat and it ruined her rep?! How?!?! People were teasing her about her body and the jacket was a gentlemanly gesture? lol I mean Aaron humiliated her and used her as a housekeeper and degraded her publicly for years and that’s comparable to Hardy’s nice gesture?! And does she not know that people gossiped about her BECAUSE the way he treated her in the open for all to see?! They saw how Aaron treated her so of course others thought it’ll be okay, duh! So it’s okay if they gossiped about Aaron and her but not hardy and her? This is a NO for me. I understand the mom’s struggle but it doesn’t change the fact that she allowed her daughter to be subjected to his treatment and turned a blind eye for their survival. And now the mom wants her to get together with her abuser?! Uhm … feels like mom toxic in her own way or got ulterior motives too. She needed to stay out of their business and put her DAUGHTER FIRST for once! If I was a mother, I’d think “good riddance and I might work for the guy but girl, go live it up! Momma is gonna protect you now!” And his friend coming to coax her too? THAT ALSO HAD ULTERIOR MOTIVES! WHO tf is he to talk about hardy when he too came to her to butter up his friend!? He’s also one of her bullies!! Why even consider what he says?! Like this girl was literally stripped of her identity and desires FOR YEARS and the one person who reminded her that she had choices was hardy. He didn’t force her. He just gave her the realization she had options and she took it! He wasn’t a bad guy at all and his family was even oppressed by Aaron! The epitome of a bully!!! And fl okays it?! She was okay with the fact that the one guy who was nice to her was attacked by her abuser?! If fl is gonna like and be easily persuaded to forgive someone like Aaron, then she didn’t deserve hardy anyways. He dodged a bullet imo. Sigh 🤦‍♀️ Fl did two steps forward and 100 steps back.
