I know the feeling because I have been in depression for such a long time. I'm fine now and also learned how to control my mind from thinking anything negative. The thing that I'm so proud of is I never tried to hurt myself. It's true I thought about it few times but than I remember what our boys taught us and also I thought about my bestie to whom I promised that I'll never leave her alone. So I always convinced myself thinking about them and they are the reason why I never hurt myself!! I love them so much !!!💜💜💜💜💜💜😢😢😢😢

@@jiminismybias4850 I went into depression 2 times and that too in extreme level but I never think to harm myself because I have family to look after. I have so many responsibilities to bear. I can't be become Selfish. Both the times I came back because of my will power. I experienced this by so close so I can express it in better way. Only your will power can protect yourself from this. So stay strong ♥️

@@jiminismybias4850 My family didn't even know about this. They are the prime reason of this. No one knows about this. I have a big and supportive friend circle but still no one knows about this. I lost my best friend 8 yrs ago after that I never shared my thoughts with anyone because in everyone's eyes I'm perfectly perfect. I can't have any problem. I don't want anyone's sympathy. You know what hurt the most very everyone treat you like a problem solver but when you need anyone's help then there is no one. No one even ask do you have any problem because your image is like Perfect. This is the reality of my life. By outside is looking like heaven but only I know how much heaven it is ♥️

@@daydreamers1319 I can totally understand you. They think just because we are not a kid now, we don't need anyone's help, we should solve our problems by ourselves because we're "not a kid anymore". I also didn't had anyone with whom I can share my feelings, my sadness, my frustration, my screams, my tears just everything. And being alone only made it worse. I thought if I say something they'll be like, don't be dramatic, it's not a big deal, stop being a cry baby, it's all just in your head. But I just learned to live with it and just focus on myself and the ones who actually care!! Like our boys and my bestie!! 💜💜💜💜😢😢😢

Actually this is so much relatable with my life 😅 Actually I lost my mom and dad when I was too young and that time I face the most cruel side of this society . That caused me to get into and depression I have been in depression for almost 4 to 5 years and that time I committed suicide almost 10 times I also get bullied by my classmate and relative after that I got into a relationship and got someone to relay on but he also tried to rape me but God is with me I got saved from him but that incident raised my anxiety more I used to have panic attacks alot at that time but I have my God gifted bestie she was always with mee there 😅but none of my relatives or my own brother never try to get me 😅 but now I'm successful in my life cause in that time I got to know about BTS and started watching them and there vdos song's made me came out of my depression and thought how to love myself now I'm fully fine if I didn't join this fandom in 2015 then I'll not be here reading your ffs and chilling I will be dead till now😊

You cannot know how hard this was to read as my granddaughter self harms and is depressed through bullying. At the moment she is 7 months clear of self harming and hopefully won't again, sometimes they self harm because they don't want to worry anyone or they delude themselves thinking pain is the answer.
