I assume she must mean "feeling good" or "zooted" in the sense of feeling "chill" in a good way, because those are central nervous system depressants (a bit like alcohol, actually). They're very much "downers" rather than "uppers." People don't always realize that benzos are also something you have to be careful with for multiple reasons. They can be addictive, build a tolerance easily, and mess with your memory and stuff if you rely too much on them for too long. Also, they can be MISERABLE to go off of if that happens. Although a lot of that is for Michi's doctor to worry about, anyway.

Anyone tries to give you "leaf", you do not use it! The leaf is no good. Might as well use stalk and twig while you're at it (don't!). It's the flower (buds) that you want to purchase, if you can do so legally. Again, do not smoke the leaf (or twigs). They're not bad, but it can give you a headache, rather than a buzz. Also, don't ever buy pre-milled. The companies sell those with a bunch of leaf and twig in them to make up weight. It's why they're cheaper then whole flower.
