• 3 egg yolks
• 3 egg whites
• 80 g of sugar (30 g of sugar in the yolks + 50 g in the egg whites)
• 30 g sunflower oil
• 40 g of milk at room temperature
• 90 g of flour 00
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 10 g bitter cocoa
Baking tray: 18 cm
Bake for 45 minutes at 150 C ° + another 10 minutes at 180 C °

Baking time, 45+10 minutes= 55 minutes. Prep time around 45 minutes of measuring and mixing. You must have a lot of time on your hands. Btw: who in their right minds eats cake for breakfast?😂😂😂
