When I was young, it was common for a spouse to come home to find their partner in bed, and for them to eliminate both the cheating spouse and AP. It would go to trial and the convicted would get a lot less than a 10 year sentence for both eliminations. I knew several guys that liked to fight, and they would be charged with assault and battery, where they broke noses, broke bones, and caused concussions and they would get less than 6 months in county jail. What jury is going to convict a man for going crazy when he finds his wife in bed with another man and he beats the crap out of the AP, and only breaks a nose and an arm?

Normally in a situation like the first story the AP and the wife would've been fired for breaching the morality clause in their employers contract. The AP would definitely pay through the nose because he was in a position of authority.

I read the Title then looked at the timeline.....Over an hour!! Thats fsr too long. Why doesn't the script writer cut out all the unnecessary 'waffalling" and just get into the story??

I had to pause the video so that I could say something important when facing criminal charges especially if you are innocent and are being framed by crooked cops. First thing is to inform the police officers that arrest you that you are asserting your Sixth Amendment Rights. Be sure that his body camera is on and recording to help you in court. Second thing is that you tell the police officers that they better have the exact words that they were prior to arresting you be on their sworn affidavit's for arresting you. In detail like they are taught to do or they will not like it in the courtroom while they are on the witness stand. If you are smart you will be doing the cross-examination of the police officers on the witness stand not your attorney. Because the prosecution will know that you have asserted Your Sixth Amendment Rights upon being arrested, so the court should be informed as well. The rest is up to you on what the outcome will be. Maybe you win the your case and get the police officers for perjury For filing a sworn affidavit falsely in order to justify the false arrest.
