This may come off as weird but I find peace watching your videos… You remind me a lot of my father, He did a 13 year stretch. There’s a lot of things that he taught me they have guided me threw life, I really miss my OG. Watching you and seeing your channel grow makes me happy because it makes me think of what good my father could’ve done despite the people who didn’t believe in him. He ended up coming home and getting caught up with drugs but I have immense respect for him and who he was because he was a legend in his own right. My husband called home the other day saying them younger ones coming in stealing & doing things that wasn’t allowed in prison before. He’s been down 28 yrs got granted parole last yr but governor denied due to some fluke shit. He goes back to board in April & hopefully all goes well. Granted parole his first time going up for board but he put in all the work for it. But he’s used to the old prison politics now these kids coming up in there with no care cause they going home & coming back multiple times.

@@16dalife20 Thanks. He’s as prepared as he was the first time & they granted it. Crazy thing is the reason the Governor reject he had nothing to do with hopefully it’ll go in his favor. He’s been 10 yrs write up free. Got a masters degree, and started 2 programs mentoring youth as well as classes inside. Def change from the 19yr old boy that went in. We’re both aware of this time saving his life, sad it had to be in a place that can mentally take your life though.
