I'm a Tenor like Bruno Mars. I'm learning this song with my singing coach for an upcoming music competition. When my teacher told me to put emotion into the song after learning the lyrics in the beginning phase of learning a song, I have nearly cried a few times practicing the song since I really felt the sadness that Bruno may have felt when he was singing this song. However, I still love singing this song in this key! It's hands down my favorite version of "When I Was Your Man".
