I never had a bad word from any of the lads you mentioned, who were all characters in their own way. Some of the incidents you mention I was witness to and involved in. It was interesting to know that you are a former prison officer who knew Ricky and his father and who thinks and speaks well. I'm a former lifer myself and on licence so I keep my head down and try and do my best, and I engage with my C.O.M. Here in Uttoxeter, I see quite a few retired Sudbury officers, and it's always good to have a chat and catch up about my time there before I got out and their retirement time.

I spent time in Frankland in 1995/6, 2000&2002 inthe csc control cells on the last two occasions. Big Robbo was in the other control cell. I found it abit racist in the seg. The wings then D&C normal and i was there with Tony Bush strangeways rioter, Tony Doyle from Liverpool and my cousin Leroy at the time.used to cook every night with family as he had things boxed of .

Frankland i got 8years for po robbery in 91 was shittin to go Frankland d wings for 3 years, first time in dispersal got there went on induction wing, then d3:13 wow ppl didnt speak when first get there but after a couple of months it was mint once ppl know who you are and what your about, weed was cheaper than on.the streets visits wow seen Newcastle lads dancing on tables pissed from alcohol smuggled in in baby bottles, ppl having sex on visits, ive previously sent you photos of my cell and co'ds, i lie about not one thing on hear the screws used to pretty much do an inspection daily bars bells and light's and say you wired up ? Meaning is your stereo wired to light so they didnt get a shock, no tvs or incell phones they put wooden phone boxes opposite office what a jail didnt do a straight head honest jail were boxed back in the day Good luck ricky been watching from your beginning love jail banter

Loved Frankland, the old Frankland in 90s was on it, killed it off when they built the top wings, the old Quads were better wings, same as Full Sutton. New wings are too open. Now long Lartin, different story, no toilets in pad, electric doors, & fkin ruthless, crazy place. Remember a lad I know, we were on old D-wing Frankland, for a few weeks this person had been walking in TV room & turning TV over to local news, pissing the R-A off, they set a device on TV were the screen blew off, nearly took this fellas head off😂😂 places like that, well, you become a product of your surroundings, so you wanna man up fast & have no fear of anything, STANDARD
