But Netherlands has actually a Dutch man as his voice actor: Michael Sinterniklaas. At least in some sites on the Internet it's said that he's Dutch. But some others say that he's a French-American... Maybe they really didn't think that Netherlands would make another appereance so they weren't thinking too much about his accent.
