Those front arms on that Traxxas is a weak point. Mine broke on second jump. The RPM replacement parts are a definite upgrade.

On the first truck i think it has a lowered start punch which is why the take off is so slow.

@@RCunexttuesday By lackluster i guess you are talking about the start punch being so low it doesn't really accelerate that well initially ? It must be sitting at like 20% on the start punch or something, makes it easier to handle for kids and for the drivetrain too hold up a bit better as well.

You guys should get the Hosim 2845 brushless. It is stronger then the mini revo half the price and lots of metal. Also the cheaper one did great if not better and driving was better. Second driver shakes too much with camera must be a coffee thing lol.

@@RCunexttuesday check out the Hosim 2845 brushless. It has a ton of metal upgrades you don't get on the mini erevo. Way cheaper. I would like to find a used mini erevo to do a comparison cause I think the Hosim is gonna win.

It wasn't awful but I have a strong dislike for it. Imo the revo won because it was more enjoyable to drive and was capable of more. Obvious weak points in the arms which is disappointing and the fact that you could buy 5 of the cheapo (whatever they're called) for the cost of the revo... Swings and roundabouts ultimately🤷‍♂️
