The "Can God make a rock (he) cannot (lift)" fallacy also category contradicts on the count that both the "he" (taken literally) and the "lift" (which anthropomorphizes Allah, creating Shirk and Kafir) both put the subject of the question into the category of a created thing (such as a person) NOT God, which is supposed to be the crux of the supposed argument. Honestly, that fallacious argument is one of the most absurd, incoherent and deliberately stupid questions there are - yet for some unknown reason there are people who actually ask that arrogantly as to suppose they have a point there, despite that the subject contradicts the premise instantaneously: Especially in Islamic theology. Tawhid is far more profound from a logical and philosophical (aside from theological and ontological) perspective than even many fellow Muslims grasp.

I don't like how most Muslims (every Muslim I've ever talked to) think that just because the knowledge of God is infinite and not completely attainable in turn makes God's knowledge COMPLETELY unattainable. There are alot of ways to be able to get closer to the knowledge of God within the parameters of human understanding. Eastern religion practices these methods traditionally through meditation. You'll never completely get it because it's so vast but you can understand it more than you do now. So many people talk as if you should just give up on understanding. You can understand God like you can understand fire, by experiencing God. Once you reach as far as you can humanly go you'll realize you can never see the whole picture. But your trust in Gods creation will be unwavering. The test of true faith is to test your true faith. How far do you personally need to go before you can truly understand? God does not want blind followers out of fear, or followers that were just taught by their parents or teachers. God is a very close personal experience that only you can understand within yourself. Taking someone's word for it will never increase your solidarity in the understanding of God.

salam. wallah sayed I don't know what your saying. why do you say Allah can't see nor hear. imam Ali himself says Allah can hear without organ, Allah can se without sense (eyes). how do you say Allah can't see? I disagree, because imam Ali says Allah can hear and see, who am I supposed to believe imam Ali or syed. I would rather belive imam Ali (AS). plus, how are we limiting Allah if we say he can't hear no see? how is that limiting, Allah is beyond our imagination, he can see and hear everything. and this is not my opinion, this is imam Ali's (AS). theres a Hadith that says "Fear Allah as if you can see Him, if you cannot imagine seeing Him, know that He sees you." in the website al-islam.org it even says in the book title nature of Allah by yasir al-Wakeel he says "Thus Islam does not try in anyway to personify Allah. Whilst it may be true that two of His attributes are that He 'Sees' and 'Hears', this does not mean that He has eyes and ears like you and I, His hearing or seeing cannot be comprehended by us as finite beings." salam
