@@rishabgaba8586 Then you need to look at population ratio as well. We Indians dont have enough money to survive but we need two to three kids. The whole money we get will go towords raising those 3 kids. In India you need to pay like 30$ as property tax that too not all people pay them but in US there are many taxes and fees yearly which exceeds 1000$+ for a basic house. For a small land survey costs 1000s of dollers in US where in India we just need few 1000 rupees to get it done. Every area have its pros and cons but as we are in India we know cons only about India but not other countries.

Housing market will not crash .. It might not go up for a long time and has come down a little from the peaks but in most good markets where desis buy it will not crash.. There is too much pent up demand ... Interest rates coming down might give the buyers some reprieve though , but we still waiting on the fed for that . If you find a good property at a decent price point then just buy ... refinance later when rates go down
