Very nice. Very informative. I add Parmesan cheese and garlic to the potatoes before roasting. Hope you'll take a look and tell me what you think of the recipe. We also grow red potatoes in our garden.

there were casaba and Juan canary melons at the supermarket for $1.49lb. which one is a good one to try? how would I know how to pick one? just to be safe I bought the honeydew, my favorite! thanks. 
