If they are gonna add more quests, they really need to update their backpacking and looting systems. The fact you can't put helmets and armor in even the biggest bags is gonna make all the fetching feel tedious

Maybe a system to roll riggs/ backpacks into a more compact state, allowing them to be stored inside the Ragnar on your back already, similar to Arena Breakout: Infinite. The game would have to check if there are mag pouches on and a trigger press while holding could switch the state, I am over simplifying but I'm sure it could be done. Not sure about armor though unless people want to take plates out in raid, but helmets should be able to go into a backpack for sure.

@@2churlish being able to manually fold armor and packs by double gripping it then folding it would be so fucking cool actually. I wouldn't mind if it just dropped all the pouches by doing so, but I'm not a fan of having to reload my plates every fight. It seems pretty redundant to have to take more in and out every raid but only having the bag space to take 3 cans of cat food and a thermos

They don't want new people getting smoked by geared people, so they are pushing as close to Christmas as possible. No one is going to stick around if they start on a very uneven playing field. That first impressions plays a lot into it. If everyone is rocking AP & armor. Christmas morning people are getting rolled i don't think most will stick around.
