St Louis Park rebuilt 28th street in the early 1970's knowing well this intersection @ 28th & Jersey flooded yet still only installed a 24inch main street feeder drain pipe that is supposed to drain away blocks & blocks of the incoming water? Incompetent street water managers of >St Louis Park
