When IVF Doesn't Result in a Pregnancy

LMP:14.07.2024(irregular always upto 33 to 35days cycle length) UTERUS: is normal in size, outline & position. Myometrial echotexture appears normal. No focal lesion seen. Endometrium is thickened & measures 14 mm. A small cystic area is seen measuring 0.41 cm - 5WID - likely very early gestation sac. No definite fetal pole or yolk sac is seen. BOTH OVARIES: Right ovary measures 2.3 x 1.3 cm. Left ovary measures 2.3 x 1.1 cm. A well defined cystic lesion measuring 2.5 x 0.2 cm is seen with internal echogenicity likely hemorrhagic cyst. Well defined rounded cystic area is seen medial to left ovary measuring 1.8 x 1.4 cm. The lesion shows thick walls. Probe tenderness is present. Very minimal free fluid noted in pelvis. IMPRESSION: Thickened endometrium with small cystic area within it likely very early gestation sac or pseudo gestation sac. • Complex cyst in left ovary - likely hemorrhagic cyst. Thick walled cystic lesion in left adnexa - ? Left Tubal/ovarian ectopic complex left ovarian cyst. B-HCG level 3200 After 48hours HCG 4200 I am so worried..please suggest
