Zwag, there's a 10 sec timer to Jhin's shot after which he reloads. This timer gets reset if you use any ability. If you max E second, the CD gets below 10 sec so you can stay on your 4th shot by throwing your traps in random places. Also a sound plays before he reloads and you can also reset while he is reloading which takes 1-1.5 sec.

Deaths dance first gives hims early game survivability, damage and cooldown with the recent changes. Navoris gives an extra 8+% to panths already insane damage and extra cooldowns as long as you auto meaning the better the commit the more stuns and shields you get.

Zwag there is this pantheon build that has moved me from bronze to gold from just spamming it, it is sheild spam panth, build goes eclipse, fimblewinter, sterak's gauge/spear of sojin and last item well I never get to last item so what ever you want. But key part is runes are first strike and the item haste hunter. You will proc eclipse 4-6 times in a fight and fimblwinter 3-5 seperate times a fight i had 4-5 games where I 1v5 under nexus towers because i kept sheilding and sheilding
