You can’t rush somebody else’s healing just because you’re ready to move on. That’s not how it works! Phil already had a prejudice against her from the start before she ate the food because let’s be real that only reason he wanted her gone was because she ate the food, but he didn’t want her there from the jump. Totsy told her if it was money she needed she could’ve just asked. All she (totsy) wanted was to work things out with her mom, so what does she need to apologize for? Phill the one that need to apologize for being rude and treating her momma like he wasn’t raised with respect.
