Wow Amen this really help me, I really like how you said turned down information, turn down the noise so you can hear your thoughts. I feel like I can apply this to my life. I can you get rid of those stinky thoughts when there's no silence in your life, for me I'm always listening to worship music in my car, I think I try some time having no music and pray to God more. Thanks so much this was so helpful

Anxiety is something I have been working through over the last few years. I didn’t know how bad it was until it literally stopped me in my tracks one day. I totally co-sign the recommendations you shared. Even now when life starts to get hectic I try to make room for community and perspective. It makes such a difference. Thank you for sharing.
